Tristar Intermediates has Three Production units located in a Chemical Zone with all necessary infrastructures and a Common Effluent Treatment Plant at GIDC, Sarigam in Gujarat, India. The company successfully caters to various reputed Companies and MNC's across India, Europe, USA and Far East countries.
Tristar Intermediates Pvt Ltd takes pride in being an “ISO 9001:2015” certified company and its product range includes; intermediates for Disperse Dyes, Aroma Chemicals and Speciality Chemicals. The products find application in diverse industries such as Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Textiles, Paints, Automotive, Agro-chemicals, Homecare and many more.
Production is achieved under the array of systematic and intensive quality checks by our highly qualified team of technical experts in a modern, well equipped laboratory. The containers filled with final products are stored in a well sanitized and clean environment of our expansive warehouses. Tristar also has an in-house effluent treatment plant having primary, secondary & tertiary treatment facilities.
With its corporate office located in Thane next to Mumbai, Tristar has built a strong and effective customer care that ensures fast, flexible, flawless and cost effective services worldwide. Company’s Promoters and Management team consists of personnel with over 40 years of experience in accident free operations. Company’s Managers and Technical Support staff are equally qualified and experienced. All the employees regularly undergo refresher training for safety and quality manufacturing practices.

EDWARD MENEZES, DIRECTOR
Mr. Edward Menezes has over 27 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry major) from K. J. Somaiya College of Science, University of Bombay and a bachelor’s degree of science (technology) in textile chemistry from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), University of Bombay. He also holds a master’s degree in marketing management from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai. He joined Clariant India (formerly Sandoz) where he spearheaded various functions such as technical services, product development, marketing and business development. He is also Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Rossari Biotech Limited. He was also awarded ‘UAA Distinguished Alumnus technology day award, 2013’ by Institute of Chemical Engineering (erstwhile UDCT).
SUNIL CHARI, DIRECTOR
Mr. Sunil Chari has over 22 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the Kakatiya University. He also holds a diploma in technical and applied chemistry from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI). He is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Rossari Biotech Limited. His passion for the business, people and processes provides a competitive edge in the marketplace. He brings to the table his vast knowledge and market wisdom.
GURUDAS ARAS, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Gurudas Aras has over 40 years of experience in the Textile Industry in India and abroad. He has done Masters in Textile Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Bombay University in 1982 and 1984 respectively. He joined with A.T.E Group in 1981 and rose to the top most position of “Director” for the Textile Engineering Group at A.T.E. He lead a team of nearly 130 people under the Textile Engineering Group. Retired on 31st March 2021 as Director. He received TAI Appreciation Award known as “Service Gold Medal” from the Textile Association of India in December 2018 for exemplary service to the Textile Industry.
MEHER CASTELINO, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Ms. Meher Castelino is Internationally Renowned Fashion Journalist. She has completed her basic education from Lawrence School Lovedale, University of Cambridge. She was the First Femina Miss India, 1964 from India. She is also author of 3 Books namely Manstyle, Fashion Kaleidoscope and Fashion Musings. At present, Ms. Meher Castelino is the Independent Director of VIP Clothing Limited and Rossari Biotech Limited and has been associated with them since 2015 and 2018 respectively. As a consultant, she has been instrumental in launching and promoting the products of several Domestic and MNC companies.
SANJAY RAMAKRISHNA MARBALLI, WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR
Mr. Sanjay Marballi has over 42 years wide industrial experience. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He started his career in 1980 as a quality control Chemist in Swastik Household and Industrial Products. He has also been associated with the then leading industry HICO Products Private Limited for their surfactant plant as Senior Executive – Technical. He has also been associated with Thermax Limited in their Ion Exchange Resins division. He is associated with the Company since its inception back in 1997.
KRISHNA KUMAR TIWARI, WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR
Mr. Krishna Kumar Tiwari has over 27 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from Calcutta University. He is also FDA Approved (Manufacturing Bulk Drug) from Gujarat State and Internal ISO Auditor.
MIKHAIL MENEZES, DIRECTOR
Mr. Mikhail Menezes has over 5 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. He holds a degree of master of engineering in chemical engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London. He is also associated with Rossari Biotech Limited designated as Director – Technical.
YASH CHARI, DIRECTOR
Mr. Yash Chari has over 3 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in chemical engineering from University of South Florida. He is also associated with Rossari Biotech Limited designated as Director - Marketing and Business Development.
